When using the online application for clearance/certification and payment thereof, you will be asked to disclose your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and other details. These are considered personal information, which is defined under the Data Privacy Act (R.A. No. 10173) as any information, whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent of reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information or when put together with other information, would directly and certainly identify an individual.

The personal information you disclose will enable the Sandiganbayan to quickly process your transactions and provide adequate feedback and follow-up mechanisms for better and timely service to you.

The personal information collected from you shall be protected and secured in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act by the Sandiganbayan's Management Information Systems Division (MISD).
